In 2019,

Tim teamed up with Bob Berryman of Butte Montana plus brought two more carriers on board. By this time Champion’s Pride Insurance Services was becoming more well known across Montana as well as branching out into Washington State, Idaho, and North Dakota. We became specialists in being able to provide employers with lower out-of-pocket costs for their employees as well as saving them substantially on their premium.

In 2022 we were approached by a motor carrier firm that had locations in all 50 states. They liked our business model and what we were able to accomplish for our clients, and they requested we bring that service to their employees as well. Because of the extensive growth in the virtual platforms do to COVID, we were able to fulfill their requests on a national basis.

In 2023 we teamed up with a national marketing company that would be able to assist us in adding individual plans to our portfolio. With this merger we were able to offer plans and assistance to every individual as well as employer groups. It was also in 2023 that we met our third partner, Gordon Kesler of Billings Montana.

With the new year of 2024 coming in, we teamed up with United Benefit Plans of America and Senior Market Sales. This merger increased our product portfolio and abilities tenfold. It was also at the beginning of 2024 we brought on two more exceptional people to add to our team. Jonathan Goodman of Omaha Nebraska. Tim had worked with Jon back in 2012 in working with individuals on their insurance needs. While Tim branched out into the commercial market, Jon went more into the individual market. His expertise will be invaluable in our individual sector. The second new team member is Amanda Goodman of Omaha Nebraska. Amanda is the reason you are able to even get to our website and read this content. Amanda heads up our new digital programming and social media platforms. There are several other things Amanda will help our team create in the future and is a true asset to our team.

As you read this, you are probably realizing that we are a small business. When Tim started this brokerage, he committed to only recruiting people that felt the same way about providing a level of customer service that no one else offers any longer. Our brokerage operates with the original definition of “Broker” as the primary directive of our business. A broker represents the client first and foremost, and the insurance carriers second. An agent represents their carriers, or insurance companies first and foremost. At CPIS, we do not try and sell you a policy. We get to know you and then educate you on the benefits. We then let you choose the benefits that will fit your needs best. You will also find that we work the same hours you do. If you need your rep on a Sunday, your call will be answered.
